Greetings LCCEF members!
Last week College Administration announced the LCC Health Clinic may be shutting down at the end of the Fall 2023 term. The Health Clinic employs many Classified Professionals and the impact to students will be significant. The College is talking about outsourcing and increasing telehealth which the clinic already does. This will also have a financial impact of LCC Students. The Faculty union (LCCEA), Lane Student Government Association (Lane SGA) And LCCEF will join in solidarity to prevent this. Please consider supporting us all at the next Board Special Session on May 17th at 6:00 pm (Location TBD). We will have signs and buttons supporting the Health Clinic! In Unions there is Power!
