Last year, LCCEA and LCCEF bargained separately for limited MOA’s regarding working conditions during the pandemic. This year, Adrienne Mitchell, the president of LCCEA, approached us with the idea of drafting an MOA together for 2021-2022 COVID working conditions. The College agreed to our plan, and we submitted our joint MOA this morning (8/4/21). Hopefully, we will begin bargaining it together with the College on Monday, August 9.
