What do You Think of the College’s Proposal for the Economic Reopener?

The College approached us today with their proposal for our current economic reopener contract negotiations. Before the Executive Council replies with a counter-proposal, we would like to hear what our members think of the offer. We highly value transparency and would like to include the membership in this important process.
