There was an error made in item 2 of the original version of the COVID-19 MOA signed 3/11/2020. The original version incorrectly referenced article 11.4 in the contract, when it should have referenced article 3.3.3.1. The intent has not changed between the versions, item 2 language has simply been updated to reference the intended article of the contract.
