In the spirit of education, following are instructions for doing a provider search for MODA/OEBB. No decision has been made, or will be made without a vote of the membership.
Take a few moments to check your current doctors. Particularly your primary care physician and any specialists you or your covered family sees, or specialists in areas you know you have needs in coming up. These would generally be the most important.

- Go to: https://www.modahealth.com/ProviderSearch/faces/webpages/home.xhtml
- On the right hand side, under “Search by Network”, there is an option to “Search as a guest”;
This brings up a “Search for Provider” screen.
- Under the second drop box, “Network”, click on the “Connexus” option
