Governance Review Work
The review of the college’s governance system continues. Robin Geyer and Kyle Schmidt are classified representatives on a governance subcommittee tasked to review input from feedback sessions submitted in-person and online and to report back to the administration. Look for updates and ways to get involved to give feedback in the coming weeks. Here’s the schedule of upcoming feedback sessions:

Membership Drive on March 4 – 8
Our next membership drive is planned March 4-8. Look for updates on how you can get involved. If you’re interested in helping support the union by participating in the drive, send an email to LCCEF@lanecc.edu.
Membership chair Rosa Maria Banuelous-Uribe will ask to be included on an upcoming P2P meeting for feedback from our administrative colleagues on membership and active employee lists.
Workload Survey
A small committee headed by new treasurer Nikki Li is working on compiling the data from the workload survey and generating a summary report.
